This installation explores how material processes generate acoustic phenomena that shape lived experience. Drawing on stages of clay—bone dry, bisque and vitrified ware—the work mimics and amplifies natural noises, echoing everyday moments such as air-conditioner drips, and collecting water. Through reconfiguration, subtle transitions—diffusion, slaking and dehydrating with the pores of clay—expand into unfamiliar sonic structures that influence the experience of remembering.
 

As entering, murmurs of clay rise and fall along the threshold. Layers of sound invite attention to the subtle play between clay, movement, and perception. In this moment, every day's noises soften, and something formless begins to emerge — shaped by the encounters of clay, sound, and city.
